Fee Information
Full-Day Mediations
$995 per party – Full-day sessions are best for larger or complex cases involving multiple parties and issues.
- Duration: 8 hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- Extended Time: $100 per hour per party for time exceeding the scheduled 8 hours.
- Andrew continues mediations if progress is being made, with no additional charge if close to resolution.
Half-Day Mediations
$495 per party – Four hour sessions are great for most two party disputes or where negotiations are focused on limited issues.
- Duration: 4 hours
- Morning Session: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Afternoon Session: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Extended Time: $100 per hour per party if the session goes beyond 4 hours.
Short Mediations (2 Hours)
$250 per party – Designed for quick resolution of simpler cases, such as credit card collections.
- Duration: 2 hours
- Flexible Scheduling: Available upon request.
Evening Mediations
Custom Pricing – Evening sessions are available for clients who need flexibility outside traditional working hours.
- Duration: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm (can be extended if needed)
- Extended Time: $100 per hour per party for time exceeding the scheduled 3 hours.
Stacked Mediations
Custom Pricing – For clients with multiple smaller cases, Andrew offers stacked mediations to efficiently resolve multiple disputes in one day.
- Duration: 2-hour intervals with sessions starting every 2-3 hours.
- This option is cost-effective for both sides, minimizing fees while maintaining focus and momentum across multiple cases.
Litigation
Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity and nature of the case.
- Andrew specializes in Personal Injury & Auto Accident Claims, Contract Disputes, Collections, and Title Disputes.
- Hourly Rate – Tailored to the needs of each case, ensuring strategic representation and advocacy.
- Retainer Required – A retainer fee is typically required before representation begins. This amount varies based on the estimated complexity and duration of the case.

Subrogation

Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee if the mediation is reset.
However, Andrew reserves the right to charge $100/party if the mediation is cancelled within 24 hours of it’s scheduled time.
