Andrew Toubin began his legal career in 1993, focusing on auto subrogation, property and casualty subrogation, and workers’ compensation subrogation. Over the years, he participated in more than 200 mediations as an attorney before becoming a mediator himself in 2004.
Andrew’s background in subrogation gives him a unique dual-sided perspective—having worked with both plaintiffs and insurance companies, he understands the tactics, challenges, and objectives of both parties in settlement negotiations.
