Appointment Types

Half-Day Mediation – Ideal for most two party disputes or focused negotiation sessions.
Full-Day Mediation – Comprehensive sessions for larger cases or ones involving multiple parties or issues.
Short Mediation (2 Hours) – Quick resolution for straightforward matters (e.g., credit card collections).
Evening Mediation – For parties needing flexible, after-hours scheduling.
Stacked Mediations – Multiple smaller cases scheduled consecutively (e.g., insurance carriers with multiple claims).

PLEASE NOTE: Andrew is willing to extend sessions if progress is being made and charges $100/hr per party for extended time.

Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation fee if the mediation is reset.

However, Andrew reserves the right to charge $100/party if the mediation is cancelled within 24 hours of it’s scheduled time.
